It&#8217;s safe to say she&#8217;s made up for lost time! After earning a her BA degree in Music Performance\u00a0from the Florida State University (under Bruce Holzman). she headed west to pursue a master\u2019s degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, working with Judic\u00e4el Perroy.<\/p>\n<p>In this video selection, she performs the gorgeous second movement (&#8220;Canci\u00f3n&#8221;) of <em>Sonata No. 3<\/em> (1927) by Mexican composer Manuel Maria Ponce, who of course was known for his long association with Andr\u00e9s Segovia. Indeed, Segovia was the first to record <em>Sonata No. 3,\u00a0<\/em>in 1930.
