So, we thought we&#8217;d somewhat belatedly honor the occasion by presenting this recent video of the fine Canadian guitarist <a href=\"http:\/\/adamcicchillitti.com\/home.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adam Cicchillitti<\/a> playing Rodrigo&#8217;s <em>Toccata<\/em>\u2014written in 1933 (it was just the composer&#8217;s second work for guitar), but &#8220;lost&#8221; until it was found in the papers of its dedicatee, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Regino_Sainz_de_la_Maza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regino Sainz de la Maza<\/a> (who, of course, premiered and first recorded Rodrigo&#8217;s <em>Concierto de Aranjuez<\/em>) in the early 2000s. It was officially premiered in January 2006 by Marcin Dylla.
