followed by Toru Takemitsu&#8217;s wonderful arrangement of Howard Arlen&#8217;s melody for the song from the 1939 film <em>The Wizard of Oz<\/em>, &#8220;Over the Rainbow.&#8221; (The Torroba piece is from his\u00a0 fabulous <i>Castillos de Espa\u00f1a <\/i>suite, published in 1970;
