{"id":4056,"date":"2016-04-21T15:02:39","date_gmt":"2016-04-21T22:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/classicalguitarmagazine.com\/?p=4056"},"modified":"2016-04-21T15:21:06","modified_gmt":"2016-04-21T22:21:06","slug":"video-pick-of-the-week-rupert-boyd-plays-piazzollas-otono-porteno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/classicalguitarmagazine.com\/video-pick-of-the-week-rupert-boyd-plays-piazzollas-otono-porteno\/","title":{"rendered":"Video Pick of the Week: Rupert Boyd Plays Piazzolla&#8217;s &#8216;Oto\u00f1o Porte\u00f1o&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a fresh new video that really grabbed us: New York-based Australian guitarist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rupertboyd.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rupert Boyd<\/a> playing Astor Piazzolla&#8217;s wonderfully dynamic &#8220;Oto\u00f1o Porte\u00f1o&#8221; on a 1976 Miguel Rodriguez &#8220;Churchdoor&#8221; guitar, previously owned by Celin Romero and John Dearman\u2014but more recently part of the Russell Cleveland Collection currently being sold piece-by-piece by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guitarsalon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Guitar Salon International <\/a>(Santa Monica, Calif.), who shot the video.
