It&#8217;s a lively and fun piece, with plenty of Spanish flavor and also some typically unusual harmonies from the composer.<\/p>\n<p>Caballero has been making a name for herself all over Europe the last several years. Performing since she was 8 year old, she has studied the instrument extensively since, mostly in Germany. She has played in Spain, Hungary, Mexico, Cuba, Holland, Germany, Italy, and the UK, and also appeared in a number of competitions in various countries. In 2016, she took the first prize in the prestigious biennial Alhambra International Guitar Competition in Spain, a victory which also has earned her the opportunity to record an album for Naxos Records.
