We celebrate one of the guitar&#8217;s first geniuses with this exceptional version of his <em>Grande Ouverture, Op. 61<\/em> (1809) performed with \u00e9lan and grace by Ana Vidovic.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, an English translation of the latest book about Giuliani, written by descendant Nicola Giuliani (who also runs the\u00a0Casa Museo Mauro Giuliani in Bisceglie, in southern Italy), is due to be released in July.
